Drive is a cloud storage service that allows users to upload, store, organize, and access files from various devices. The Service includes features such as file management, folder organization, and file sharing capabilities.

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Update your information to keep it current
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Storage and Limits

Free accounts are limited to 5GB of storage. We reserve the right to modify storage limits at any time. Files in the trash are automatically deleted after 30 days.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may also delete your account at any time through the settings page.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
